The view overlooking Tecolote Canyon is absolutely mesmerizing! Sunrises are spectacular. Tecolote Canyon has a golf course, driving range, and hiking & mountain biking trails. The unit is airy with a lot of natural light. There are beautiful sunrises from every room. The HOA is well-run, keeps up with maintenance, and has relatively low dues. The family room and bedrooms are tiled while the bathrooms, staircase and kitchens have engineered wood floors. The unit is close to Clairemont Drive which brings quick access to i-5, Mission Bay, Fiesta Island, Old Town, and beaches. It is also walkably close to shopping: Sprouts, Rite-Aid, the library, restaurants, barbershops, thrift stores, and bars. (Carport door to be repainted ... patch used the wrong blue color.)
